Hermes harness praised for best-in-class tool calling

Developer @jumperz praises Hermes as the best harness he has ever used, highlighting its tool calling capabilities as "ridiculously good." He notes that almost every LLM plugged into it feels better, leading to the realization that much of what we perceive as model performance actually stems from the harness.
