Poolside reportedly licensing IP to Nvidia for $6B amid funding crunch

According to the WSJ, AI startup Poolside is licensing its IP to Nvidia for $6 billion and transferring most of its engineers. The move comes as the company failed to raise enough funds for its required infrastructure and realized it would run out of compute as soon as next year.
