Developer @sol created a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for an oven by lightly decompiling the official app, enabling control via Claude Code (dubbed "Claude Cook"). The integration allows Claude to access sensors, a temperature probe, and manage cooking modes including air frying, steaming, and combination cooking. This demonstrates the potential of MCP to transform traditional appliances into devices controllable by AI agents.
