Create a separate Bot when the work has a distinct goal, toolset, working style, approval boundary, or recurring schedule — a vague "General Helper" job makes saved context hard to reuse.
Practical points: press Cmd/Ctrl+N to create an agent, set name and description via Edit Profile; put long-lived rules in the description (e.g. "never send external messages without approval") and task-specific instructions in the conversation. An account supports up to 50 Bots and group chats combined, with pinning and hiding options.
