Microsoft Build launches Rayfin SDK and HorizonDB for unified agentic app backends

At Microsoft Build, Microsoft extended the Fabric platform with Rayfin, a new SDK and CLI designed to turn Fabric into a production-ready application backend, addressing the context bottleneck in agent systems. They also introduced Azure HorizonDB, a PostgreSQL database designed for AI-powered applications, now in public preview, to help scale multi-agent systems.
