Claude Opus experiences severe failures in coding tasks today

A long-time Claude Code user reported that Opus was malfunctioning badly. During a simple color palette change task, it ignored the provided colors, fabricated non-existent ones, and modified an unrelated interface in a different directory. The user suspects the forced invocation of the dataviz skill is causing the prompt's context to be dropped, leading to complete failures.
