UBTech Showcases Industrial Humanoid Robots and Full-Stack Embodied AI at WRC
机器之心 · wechat · 2026-08-23
At WRC 2026, UBTech demonstrated its humanoid robots across industrial, commercial, and home scenarios. In industrial settings, the Cruzr series performed handling, stamping part loading/unloading, and logistics sorting. By deploying the Thinker-VLA model on the edge, the robots achieved 1mm positioning accuracy and over 99% task success rate in unstructured environments.
Technically, UBTech employs a "1+N" architecture sharing a full stack including Thinker (foundation model), Thinker-WM (world model), and Thinker-VLA. The world model aids training via distillation and synthetic data. The company is building an ecosystem, partnering with BYD and Foxconn, and investing in custom chips and smart factories to transition from a manufacturer to an embodied AI platform.
