CLI Adds Subscription Pricing Derivation and Guards

App Store Connect CLI introduces localized subscription pricing derivation, allowing calculation based on a source subscription ID (supports multipliers and rounding rules). It also highlights the new "pricing guard" feature, which provides better keyword data and prevents agents from mistakenly removing the app from all sales platforms.
