ASC CLI adds direct version view by ID, killing agent's list-search loop

With a version ID in hand, asc versions view --version-id VERSIONID goes straight to the version. Incomplete or conflicting selectors fail before authentication, removing the list→search→copy ID→view loop that agents kept repeating.
