Use AI Agents as SM and PO to enforce quality in Scrum

To address quality concerns in AI-driven Scrum, feed the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) to AI agents. Appoint SM and PO agents to continuously and tirelessly verify that Developer agents adhere to these definitions and collaborate efficiently on the highest priority backlog items.
