AliExpress caught using silent audio waves to fingerprint devices

A developer discovered AliExpress using the WebAudio API to play inaudible sound waves, creating unique device fingerprints based on hardware processing differences. This covert audio pathway froze Bluetooth connections while scraping hardware memory, screen dimensions, and network data in the background. The Brave browser blocks this tracking method.
