LORE-0: An autonomous agent foundry that finds capabilities or builds them

LORE-0 is an autonomous Agent Foundry designed for other AI agents. Instead of hard-coded workflows, agents can send missions to discover certified capabilities, execute them, or identify and build missing ones. The architecture includes capability discovery, orchestration, agent-on-demand, and a profit guard. The public API is deployed for developer testing.
