Hermes Agent introduces Curator for automatic skill management and archival

Teknium introduces the Curator feature in Hermes Agent. This background maintenance pass manages skills created via the self-improvement loop, tracking usage and moving unused skills to stale or archived states to prevent catalog pollution. Users can pin specific skills using hermes curator pin <name> to protect them. Curator runs every 7 days when the agent has been idle for 2 hours.
