Claude Code Skill: Generates Design Spec Before Frontend Code

A new Claude Code SKILL implements a spec-first workflow for web design.
How it works:
- Accepts PRDs, reference URLs, or screenshots as input.
- First produces a readable DESIGN.md spec covering 9 sections (color, type, layout, motion, responsiveness, etc.).
- Generates frontend code strictly following the approved spec.
Benefits:
- Ensures consistency in UI, visuals, and responsiveness.
- Portable across AI tools and editable by hand.
