Dev Rants on Cloud Environments: Wants Remote Laptop Experience

A developer complained that local dev sucks, but cloud options are equally bad. They want a cloud computer (not a sandbox) that is a copy of their laptop, allowing them to monitor agents via a browser tab. The closest thing so far is the Grok bot.
