Claude Code autonomously investigates, fixes, and deploys a production bug

A real-world case study of Claude Code automating SaaS maintenance. The agent discovered a bug report during an inbox check, investigated it using read-only DB access, the codebase, and Git history. Upon authorization, it implemented and deployed a fix (plus an edge-case fix), verified the deployment, and replied to the customer in the user's writing style. This demonstrates a fully automated dev-ops workflow for AI agents.
