Field Report: Claude Code Concurrent Sessions Collision on Shared Git Clone

A field report on running 3-6 concurrent Claude Code sessions against one git directory. It documents reproducible attribution loss where uncommitted edits were swept into other commits. Despite three userland mitigations, structural residue remains, requiring harness-level fixes.
