@GovAIOrg is hiring Entrepreneurs-in-Residence to address the shortage of organizations in AI safety and governance. Participants receive a one-year salary plus approximately $150k in seed funding via partner funders to start new organizations. Manderljung noted that applicants don't need a firm idea initially, and pivots during the program are encouraged.
