Nvidia customers have been notified that AI server prices will rise more than 15% for systems shipping early next year, including Vera Rubin and Grace Blackwell. The increases are driven by soaring DRAM costs from Samsung, SK Hynix, and Micron. Server makers supplying hyperscalers like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and Meta have begun notifying customers, who remain heavily dependent on Nvidia despite developing in-house chips.
