MegaMemory is an MCP server that provides a persistent project knowledge graph for coding agents. It allows agents to build and query a graph of concepts, architecture, and decisions using natural language, enabling memory retention across sessions. The tool uses the LLM as an indexer without AST parsing or static analysis, storing concepts in a SQLite database.
