Sakana AI updated Sakana Translate with the new generation "Sakana Namazu" model. Internal evaluations using the proprietary "TransEvalnia" method showed that in 160 pairwise Japanese-English comparisons, Sakana Translate's output was judged superior to all competitors more than 50% of the time. The model leverages deep understanding of Japanese language and culture for improved usability.
