DeepSeek Adjusts API Pricing: Weekends Now Off-Peak

DeepSeek announced a change to its API peak/off-peak pricing schedule effective August 23 (Sunday) at 00:00:
- Weekdays: Unchanged; peak hours are 9:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00, with the rest as off-peak.
- Weekends: Saturday and Sunday will now be charged entirely at off-peak rates.
