NVIDIA Adopts Diamond Cooling for New Platform, Domestic Supply Chain Sees Boom
创业邦 · wechat · 2026-08-22
NVIDIA's new AI platform Vera Rubin, with power consumption exceeding 2300W, will adopt a "diamond-copper composite cooling" solution. Synthetic diamonds have 5x the thermal conductivity of copper, significantly lowering core temperatures. While high-purity CVD diamond technology is currently led by overseas firms, domestic companies are accelerating deployment, with the market size projected to explode to $15.2 billion in 5 years.
