Row-Bot v4.8.0 adds provider-aware reasoning controls

Row-Bot v4.8.0 is now available, adding provider-aware reasoning controls that allow selecting reasoning effort or token budgets per model. Context handling is safer with no inherited assumptions for custom endpoints. It also improves discovery and routing for OpenCode Zen and Go models using native transport metadata.
