Using MCP to let Codex auto-build complex ComfyUI workflows
mcai8rw2 · reddit · 2026-08-22
A user demonstrated an experiment combining Codex with ComfyUI via the MCP (Model Context Protocol). Leveraging the official MCP package, Codex can deeply understand ComfyUI's structure and iteratively build extremely complex KREA2-style workflow node graphs. The author noted that while the chart's logic is incomprehensible, running it and tweaking knobs yields interesting generative results.
