Anthropic's strongest benchmark might currently be pricing. As the open-weight model gap shrinks, OpenAI cut GPT-5.6 Sol pricing from $5/$30 to $4/$20 per 1M tokens following backlash over usage limits. Pricing pressure in the space is intensifying.
