DSPy 3.3.1 Released: Hardened Python Interpreter and MCP 2.0 Support

DSPy version 3.3.1 is out, featuring significant fixes for PythonInterpreter and support for MCP 2.0.
Key Updates:
- PythonInterpreter Enhancements: Introduces an optional managed runtime installation (pip install "dspy[deno]"), strengthens sandbox isolation and request handling, and adds end-to-end visibility into execution.
- MCP 2.0 Support: Improved compatibility with MCP.
- Performance & UX: Improved optimizer throughput, adapter correctness, as well as better error messages and callbacks.
