Mental health company Headway built an internal AI assistant named Eddy on the Claude Code SDK after off-the-shelf products failed to meet security and compliance needs. Eddy runs in sealed, disposable containers within their AWS environment, allowing autonomous task execution while strictly managing sensitive patient data.
