Claude Code 2.1.239 Released: API Migration Tool and Fullscreen Support Added

Claude Code CLI version 2.1.239 is out. The CLI surface adds new environment variables (e.g., CLAUDECODEBRIDGEMCPCARRIER) and models (e.g., claude-nfa-), while removing several AWS-related environment variables and deprecated models.
New Features:
- Added a one-time fullscreen renderer offer for Bedrock, Vertex, Foundry, and other previously excluded setups.
- Added /claude-api upgrade command to migrate Python projects from anthropic 0.x to 1.x, updating the skill's Python reference (e.g., using anthropic.Timeout instead of httpx.Timeout).
Metadata Changes:
- Bundle size increased by 238.6 kB (+0.5%).
- Prompt tokens increased by 11,753 (+5.3%), with the system share dropping slightly to 71.8% and tools rising to 28.2%.
