Nvidia's New Vera CPU Tested: Big Bandwidth & FP8 Boost Agent Execution
pzakin · x · 2026-08-22
@JukicVedran spent 3 days onsite at Nvidia HQ testing the new Vera CPU with @daytonaio agent workloads. Results show serious gains for agentic execution: larger memory bandwidth than traditional server CPUs and wide SVE2 vector units with native FP8 that make numpy-heavy code fly. Daytona is already ARM-capable, with ARM64 sandboxes coming globally soon.
