Vercel Agent integrates with Slack Code for in-channel deployment
kmiddleton14 · x · 2026-08-22
Vercel has integrated its AI coding agent into Slack's Code Channels, enabling teams to collaborate with the agent directly within Slack without any setup.
Key Features:
- Context Sync: Automatically connects secrets, env vars, repos, and commands, giving the agent full production context.
- Team Collaboration: Team members can steer the agent, follow its work, and review code diffs directly in the channel.
- Code Review: The agent can post PR review findings, identifying bugs outside the diff and explaining failed checks.
- Permission Control: The agent is read-only by default; all changes require explicit user approval and respect permissions.
