MiniMax-H3 Pruned Ref-Delta Model Converted to Single-File ComfyUI Format

The developer converted the 'Pruned Ref-Delta Fused r1024' variant of MiniMax-H3 into a native single-file ComfyUI format. This model starts from the pruned FL2VA and fuses a rank-1024 approximation of the Ref2VA − FL2VA delta, allowing the workflow to use first/last-frame conditioning and image/video/audio references with a single transformer. Users get MiniMax-H3's native synchronized video and stereo audio generation without loading separate FL2VA and Ref2VA diffusion models. The conversion handles AdaLN restoration, bias folding, and QKV fusion, and has been tested successfully.
