yang_yuzhe · x · 2026-08-22
Google Research introduced the Biomarker Discovery Framework, a multi-agent system designed to discover candidate biomarkers from wearable sensor data. By combining hypothesis generation, statistical analysis, adversarial validation, and literature reasoning, it accelerates discovery while maintaining statistical rigor. Tests across three cohorts (N=9,279) showed it recovers known clinical signals and identifies convergent biomarkers.
