OpenBind Released: Small Molecule Co-folding Model Based on OpenFold3
MoAlQuraishi · x · 2026-08-22
OpenBind, a new model series based on OpenFold3 preferentially trained for small molecules, is released. OB models will regularly absorb structures from the OpenBind consortium and PDB to provide a continually updated system with the latest OpenFold features. OpenBind-0 and 717 new ligand-bound structures are included in this release.
