BigQuery Adds AI Functions for Conversational Analysis of Trends and Seasonality

Google Cloud announced more AI functions for BigQuery (such as DETECTCHANGEPOINTS, SEASONALITY, TREND) to enhance its conversational analytics capabilities. Users can now use these functions in queries or chats with data agents to ask tougher questions. The system supports creating data agents that interact with data sources via natural language and allows customizing context and instructions to optimize answer quality.
