LiteMol-1: Cost-Effective Foundation Model for AI Agents in Drug Design

LiteFold released LiteMol-1, a foundation model capable of generating small molecules, peptides, macrocycles, and PROTACs. It achieves competitive results against frontier structure-based models at a fraction of the generation cost. Designed specifically for agents, LiteMol-1 drastically reduces compute and token overhead, making continuous AutoResearch loops and high-volume design generation economically viable.
