Starcloud raises $250M at $2.3B valuation to build AI compute in orbit

AI compute startup Starcloud raised $250M in funding at a $2.3B valuation, led by Manhattan West with participation from NVIDIA and Cisco. The funds will be used to build significant AI compute capacity in orbit. The company is moving into a new 100,000 sq ft facility next week to ramp production to 100 satellites per week.
