Anthropic launches Claude Academy: free, product-specific training tracks

Anthropic's Claude Academy is now live and genuinely free, not a trial funnel. Courses are split by product — web Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and Claude Tag for team rollouts — rather than a generic "AI 101." The 4D framework course (Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence) is called the clearest breakdown of actually collaborating with AI instead of just prompting. The author also notes the Academy still teaches "Use style" as a standalone feature.
