Hydra-0 unifies action language for physics simulation and robot control
YunzhuLiYZ · x · 2026-08-21
Hydra-0 introduces a general action flow language connecting physics simulation, learned world models, humans, and robots.
Core Mechanism:
- Combines a physics engine (executing motion) with a learned world model (predicting scene responses), balancing precise dynamics with flexible environmental modeling.
- Replaces embodiment-specific joint commands with pixel-space trajectories, creating a shared visual interface across humans, grippers, and various robots.
Performance:
- Trained on 7 datasets (178K episodes, 2,200+ hours).
- Achieves 90.4% lower robot-motion error.
