OpenAI hits 20M active Codex users, announces banked reset

OpenAI announced that Codex reached 20 million active users this week. To celebrate, the company will credit a banked reset to all Codex and ChatGPT Work users today. The team is also investigating reports of faster-than-normal usage limit drainage.
