Alchemy: TypeScript IaC with docs purpose-built for coding agents
samgoodwin89 · x · 2026-08-21
Alchemy is a TypeScript infrastructure-as-code framework built on Effect, offering reconciliation primitives, type-checked IAM policies, ephemeral test stacks, and built-in observability.
Its docs are explicitly designed for coding agents: the landing page embeds an agent prompt that guides the agent to scaffold a project, deploy a Cloudflare R2 bucket, then stop and ask the user what to build — and to look up guides on demand via llms.txt / llms-full.txt instead of marching through every tutorial.
