NeoBrowser: an MCP server that drives your real logged-in Chrome
JeremyCMorgan · x · 2026-08-21
NeoBrowser is an open-source MCP server — a single static Rust binary — that drives your real Google Chrome via CDP, with existing logins included. Because the agent uses a genuine browser with a real fingerprint (passes bot.sannysoft), it avoids the fresh-headless-no-cookies problem of most browser tools. It ships 43 tools, bot-wall awareness, and a benchmark that openly shows where Playwright MCP is faster.
Install with one curl script and register it in any MCP client; then just ask the model to browse (e.g., "open GitHub and list my open issues"). Currently 90 stars.
