FAIR Researcher Zeyuan Allen Zhu Resigns, Citing Access to Thousands of H100 GPUs

Zeyuan Allen Zhu announced his resignation from Meta FAIR. He expressed gratitude for the substantial compute resources provided, including 400 allocated H100/200 GPUs, over 1,000 borrowed from FAIR Europe's CodeGen team, and access to thousands more from legacy and idle clusters. He clarified that he received FAIR-level pay throughout his four-year tenure and thanked Yann LeCun and Joelle Pineau.
