AI coding shouldn't just patch bad designs; list standard solutions first

A developer noted that AI tends to incrementally patch fundamentally broken designs due to RL post-training traits. A better workflow is to ask AI to list typical, standard solutions first, evaluate them, and then start coding from a much closer-to-correct point, avoiding slow optimization on a bad foundation.
