New SONIC robot checkpoint adds finer-grained wrist manipulation, works best with PICO 5-sensor mode

The team released a new SONIC checkpoint they've been using internally, focused on finer-grained manipulation with much better wrist precision for fine-grained tasks. It works especially well with PICO's 5-sensor mode.
Next up: Thor robot support, less overheating, and more GR00T + SONIC demos.
