It learns your background and goals, then points you to the resources and opportunities where you can have the most impact — including a career quiz, plan feedback, personalized role recommendations, and help getting started.
In a sample conversation, it maps out realistic options (e.g. alignment research usually wants ML experience; applied safety/evals roles at places like METR and Anthropic) and offers to pull up actual job listings.
