Deep-MKV-TS: Path-Dependent Control for Financial Time Series

This paper introduces Deep-MKV-TS, a path-dependent McKean-Vlasov framework for financial scenario generation. It selects stochastic dynamics by matching path and volatility features, preserving interpretable drift while adjusting volatility. Results show substantial improvements over reference models and baselines on Heston models and intraday equity-index futures.
