IAR: Staged Post-Training for Retrieval-Free Document Knowledge Internalization

BAAI released IAR (Inject, Align, Recover), a three-stage post-training framework. It injects structured document knowledge into LLMs, aligns them for retrieval-free QA, and recovers general capabilities, improving both domain accuracy and general performance.
