Poolside strikes $6B licensing deal with Nvidia, secures $1B investment

Poolside AI has signed a non-exclusive licensing deal with Nvidia worth $6 billion, alongside a $1 billion investment at a $12 billion pre-money valuation.
As part of the agreement, 109 Poolside employees are offered roles at Nvidia. However, the founders explicitly stated this is not an acquisition or acqui-hire, as they will remain with the startup.
