One Person Makes a 90s-Style Animated Series with Claude Orchestrating Minimax H3

The author shares a full AI pipeline for a retro animated series, Finn Fox - Tech Support: Claude manages character references and scripts while invoking Minimax H3 to generate shots and auto-stitch episodes. Image generation uses the 8-step turbo LoRA at 1MP, trading some quality for speed across many regenerations, and enables remote work on the go.
Music comes from Minimax Music and H3 audio clones the author's own voice (Voicelabs didn't work out); sound effects often fail and need manual additions. Text distorts on large screens and upscaling makes it worse, but the look suits the 90s cartoon vibe. Four episodes done, more in progress.
